Frequently Asked Questions
Because your wedding day should feel joyful. Not overwhelming. A planner or coordinator handles the details, timelines, and unexpected moments so you and your loved ones can be fully present, and enjoy every minute. A certified wedding planner has invested time and resources into ensuring they have the knowledge and expertise necessary to ensure your wedding day is as seamless as possible.
I approach wedding planning with both professional training and a genuinely personal touch. As a master certified wedding planner, I believe every couple deserves to have professional support for this, one of the most important days of their lives.
I’ve invested in education and proven processes that help ensure every detail is handled with care and intention. You're never just a number. You are my priority.
My clients benefit from clear timelines, thoughtful organization, and a steady, reassuring presence throughout the process. I bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to everything, from navigating family dynamics to handling last-minute changes, so you can stay present and actually enjoy your wedding day.
To give you the best possible experience, I don’t take on both roles at the same time. If I’m serving as your planner or coordinator, my focus is on managing the flow of the day, supporting your vendors, and handling any unexpected moments behind the scenes.
Officiating, on the other hand, deserves its own full attention, so your ceremony feels meaningful, present, and truly centered on you.
In rare, or emergency situations, I can step in to officiate if needed. Otherwise, I’m always happy to recommend a trusted officiant so you have dedicated support in both roles.
"Month-of coordination" is really a misnomer, as I begin coordinating all aspects of your wedding day 2-3 months out from your wedding.
For full package details and information, schedule a complimentary consultation, so we can discuss all my available packages and options; and determine which one fits your budget and vision best. I will work with you to create a package that is exactly what you need, and none of what you don't.
Yes! As a master certified wedding planner, I have a list of approved vendors that have been thoroughly vetted and researched for their work ethic, reliability, and excellent service.
I then curate from that list, those approved vendors that I believe will work especially well with you, in particular. You will never get a generic list of vendors from me.
All my Forever, Forever Design, and Eternal Package clients get access to their own curated list. Schedule a complimentary consultation, and we can discuss, in detail, my processes; and the investment levels for each package.
As a master certified wedding planner, I have systems in place, and backup plans for my backup plans. It is very rare that a couple will ever even know of any issues that might occur; because they will be solved without causing any chaos or stress for the couple.
This is one of the primary reasons to hire a planner or coordinator. So that they can handle those issues while you enjoy your day, fully present with those you love and that love you.
I respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours, often sooner; unless I am on vacation. I understand wedding planning moves quickly, and I want to provide timely, helpful responses. My business hours vary during the week, but I will usually respond between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and Wednesdays I am available from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm by appointment only. Friday evenings and Saturdays are wedding days. I am closed on Sundays.
