Booking early gives you the greatest selection of venues and vendors, including access to my carefully vetted list of trusted wedding professionals before their calendars fill.If your wedding is sooner than that, don't worry! If I have availability, I can often step in with as little as three months' notice. That's enough time for you to receive the full benefit of my Forever and Forever Design coordination services, although your choice of vendors may be more limited.No matter where you are in the planning process, I'd love to hear about your wedding and discuss how I can help.

There are no licensing requirements, and certification is entirely optional.While certification alone doesn't guarantee that someone is the right planner for your wedding, it does demonstrate a commitment to professional education. It's also worth knowing that certification programs vary significantly in their depth and requirements.I chose to pursue advanced training through the Certified Wedding Planner Society, earning both my Certified Wedding Design Consultant and Master Certified Wedding Planner designations. I continue my education every week and participate in monthly Master's-level training because I believe my couples deserve a planner who never stops learning.

Yes! As a master certified wedding planner, I have a list of vendors that have been thoroughly vetted and researched for their work ethic, reliability, and excellent service. All my Forever, Forever Design, and Eternal Package clients get access to their own curated list. Schedule a complimentary consultation, and we can discuss, in detail, my processes; and the investment levels for each package.

Do vendors pay to be on your list?

No. Vendors are never charged to be included on my carefully vetted list of trusted wedding professionals, and I do not accept referral fees or kickbacks in exchange for recommending them.My recommendations are based on professionalism, reliability, quality of service, and whether I believe a vendor is the right fit for my couples; not on financial incentives.When I receive discounts that can benefit my couples, I pass those savings along. The only exception is hotel accommodations booked through Engine, where I may earn a commission if enough rooms are reserved. Even then, my couples receive access to discounted corporate rates, and hotels are not part of my curated vendor recommendation list.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

I respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours, often sooner; unless I am on vacation. I understand wedding planning moves quickly, and I want to provide timely, helpful responses. My business hours vary during the week, but I will usually respond between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and Wednesdays I am available from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm by appointment only. Friday evenings and Saturdays are wedding days. I am closed on Sundays.

Successful wedding coordination actually begins weeks before your wedding day, with vendor communication, timeline creation, and careful preparation.That's why my coordination services begin earlier. What happens if something goes wrong on our wedding day?

No wedding day is completely immune to the unexpected. Traffic happens. Weather changes. A boutonniere breaks. A vendor gets delayed. The good news is that most wedding-day challenges have practical solutions.One of my primary responsibilities is to anticipate potential issues whenever possible and respond quickly and calmly when something unexpected does arise. I'll work behind the scenes to solve problems, coordinate with your vendors, and keep everything moving forward with as little disruption as possible.In many cases, you may never even know there was an issue until after your wedding, if you ever know at all. My goal isn't to pretend that nothing ever goes wrong. It's to make sure that if something does, it doesn't become something you have to worry about.Your job is to be fully present, celebrate with the people you love, and enjoy the day you've spent so long planning. My job is to take care of everything happening behind the scenes.

Can you officiate and coordinate our wedding?

To give you the best possible experience, I don’t take on both roles at the same time. If I’m serving as your planner or coordinator, my focus is on managing the flow of the day, supporting your vendors, and handling any unexpected moments behind the scenes.Officiating, on the other hand, deserves its own full attention, so your ceremony feels meaningful, present, and truly centered on you.In rare, or emergency situations, I can step in to officiate, if needed. Otherwise, I’m always happy to recommend a trusted officiant so you have dedicated support in both roles.

Can you help with our ceremony if we already have an officiant?

Whether your officiant is a seasoned professional, a family member, or a close friend, I'm happy to help ensure your ceremony runs smoothly.I'll work with your officiant to coordinate the ceremony with your overall wedding timeline, communicate cues with everyone involved, and help keep the processional, recessional, and ceremony logistics flowing seamlessly.If your officiant doesn't typically lead the rehearsal, I will facilitate it, making sure everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and what to expect. I can also offer guidance on ceremony structure, readings, vows, and other details, while always respecting your officiant's role and your vision for the ceremony.
