How the Process Works

1. We Chat -You’ll schedule a free consultation, and we’ll talk through your vision, concerns, priorities, and the level of support you need.

2. You Choose the Right Service –I’ll recommend the options that best fit your wedding and help you make an informed choice.

3. Planning & Preparation – With every planning and coordination package, I’ll provide a curated list of appoved vendors to choose from, collaborate with you on details and logistics, and create and finalize your wedding timeline. When our work together begins, and the amount of planning support included, will depend on the service you choose.

4. Ceremony & Reception– I’ll coordinate the ceremony, manage the timeline and vendor flow, and oversee the key details and transitions so you can be fully present for your celebration.

We also offer Planning-Only Packages, Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination, and Cocktail Hour and Reception Coordination. Pricing for these services is customized based on your venue, guest count, timeline, and the amount of support needed.
